Enerplan Balkan d.o.o. is a design and engineering company founded in 2019 in Belgrade, as the operational branch of the Italian company Enerplan S.p.A., which has been operating for 25 years in the markets of Italy, Serbia, and other European countries.

Our company is engaged in the design of facilities with various purposes, from residential to industrial, and covers all disciplines in the field of design and engineering – architecture, reinforced concrete and steel structures, electrical power and mechanical installations, BIM, wastewater treatment systems, and energy efficiency.

The company’s core activity is the design of new buildings “from scratch,” as well as the preparation of reconstruction or extension projects for existing facilities.

A special segment of our business is the restoration of historic buildings, with particular attention devoted to preserving cultural heritage while simultaneously applying modern technologies.
